How much would your credits cost?

Buy any whole number of credits from 1 to 100,000 — you don't have to fit a package. Your rate is the per-credit price of the nearest package: below 10 credits you pay $0.50 per credit, above 10,000 you pay $0.23, and everything in between gets the closest package's rate (ties go to the cheaper one).
The checkout shows you an exact quote as you type, coupons apply just like on packages, and every purchase comes with a USD invoice.

Do credits expire?
Credits are prepaid and organization-scoped. There is no subscription clock — your balance simply carries forward until you spend it.
What's the difference between the free tier and a paid organization?
The free tier is a demo, not a trial: your 10 free credits let you run the whole lifecycle by sending tickets to your own verified email. Your first purchase permanently upgrades the organization and unlocks sending to any guest across all channels.
Can I use a coupon code?
Yes — coupon codes are applied at checkout and validated live against your selection. The order summary always shows the server-computed discount and the exact amount due before you pay.
Do I get an invoice?
Every purchase produces a USD invoice with a downloadable PDF. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.
What happens if a delivery fails?
If a delivery fails for a recoverable reason, resending it is free — you're never charged twice for the same delivery. A send to a corrected destination is a new delivery and is billed normally.
